We offer a 30-day return policy on all uninstalled products in their original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures or modified fans cannot be returned due to safety and certification regulations.
Do your ceiling fans come with a warranty?
Yes, all Arranmore ceiling fans include a limited lifetime motor warranty and a 1-year warranty on parts and integrated LED kits to ensure long-term comfort and peace of mind.
Are your outdoor lighting fixtures weather-resistant?
Absolutely. Our outdoor collection is specifically rated for 'Wet' or 'Damp' locations. Wet-rated fixtures are designed to withstand direct exposure to rain and snow, while damp-rated items are perfect for covered porches and patios.
Can I purchase replacement glass or parts?
We stock a variety of replacement globes, downrods, and remote controls. Please contact our support team with your original order number or model name to ensure you receive the correct compatible part.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we provide comprehensive installation guides and videos for all our products, we do not provide direct installation services. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure your lighting and fans are installed safely and according to local building codes.
