At Arranmore Lighting & Fans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture or fan does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, uninstalled condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in new condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
